In April 2025, Iris Capital contracted to acquire St Ives Shopping Village from EK Nominees P/L. The acquisition included a series of adjacent properties (but not all) fronting Mona Vale Road that neighbour the St Ives Shopping Village.
Iris Capital is proposing improvements to St Ives Shopping Village and is seeking your feedback.
